Storage and deletion
What Dplooy keeps for you, how long it stays, and what expiring, deleting and changing plans do to it.
What is kept, and for how long

Anything with a time limit can be exported before it goes: form messages, bookings and leads as CSV, and analytics on Plus and Pro. Keep your own copy of your site's files too.
How long sites stay online
On Plus and Pro, sites stay online until you delete them. On Free, each site has a fixed time online:
- 1For 3 days after you deploy it, the site is live. In its last day your dashboard shows Comes offline in… with a Keep online button, and you get an email.
- 2After 3 days it goes offline: visitors see “This site has expired”. It stays on your dashboard marked Expired… · Deletes in…, with Upgrade to keep.
- 37 days later the site and everything stored with it are deleted. You get a second email the day before.
- Upgrading to Plus at any point before deletion brings every Free site back online at once, and they no longer expire.
- Replacing the files or updating the site doesn't restart the clock.
- An offline site still uses one of your 3 Free slots until it is deleted — delete it yourself to free the slot sooner.
Plan changes
- A downgrade never deletes your sites. Sites made on a paid plan don't start expiring, and sites above the new limit stay online — you just can't add more until you are under it.
- The same goes for storage: if your files take more than the new plan allows, nothing is removed. An update that doesn't make a site bigger still goes through, as long as that site fits in the new plan's storage; new uploads wait until you are under the limit.
- Custom domains are removed below Pro, and paid features pause — Features and plans lists each one.
- Booking pages a downgrade suspends lose their bookings 7 days later. Export them first.
- Versions stay listed on Free but can't be restored.
Deleting a site
Deleting a site removes its files, versions, analytics, chatbot conversations, email-gate leads, custom domain and GitHub connection straight away. It can't be undone.
Its form endpoints, booking pages and data collections belong to your account, not the site. They are unassigned — messages, bookings and rows included — and can be assigned to another site. Media Library images stay in your library.
Deleting your account
Delete account under Settings → Security permanently removes your sites and their data — the full list is in Security and privacy. Cancel a paid plan first: deleting the account doesn't cancel it.
