Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling
- Change plans from Manage Subscription in your account menu. Payments are taken by card through Stripe, monthly or yearly.
- An upgrade — or a switch from monthly to yearly — starts at once, and the difference for the rest of the period is charged straight away. Free sites stop expiring the moment you upgrade.
- A downgrade from Pro to Plus, or a cancellation, takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; you keep your plan until then and can undo it before it happens.
- If a payment fails, you get an email. Until the payment goes through, your account works as Free — the badge comes back and paid features pause.
What happens when a plan ends
- Custom domains are removed when a plan drops below Pro. The sites carry on at their dplooy.com addresses.
- Sites above the new plan's limit stay online, but you can't add new ones until you are under the limit. Sites made on a paid plan don't start expiring.
- Form endpoints above the new plan's allowance are frozen — on Free, all of them. Messages you already received are kept.
- Booking pages above the allowance are suspended — on Free, all of them — and their bookings are deleted 7 days later. Export them first.
- The AI chatbot stops answering.
- People already on your sites keep their access.
- Deploy history stays listed but can't be restored on Free.
