SEO tools

Check how search-ready a site is, fix what the check finds, publish a robots.txt and sitemap.xml, and verify the site with Google and Bing — all from the dashboard.

Run an analysis

Open the site and choose SEO Analysis under Insights. You get a score from 0 to 100 and a list of failed checks, warnings and passes — each with what is wrong and how to fix it. After you change the site, click Re-analyze to refresh the score.

It checks the page title and meta description, Open Graph and Twitter Card tags, the canonical address, the viewport tag, the page language, the heading structure, image alt text, structured data and the favicon.

robots.txt and sitemap.xml

Every site is served with a basic robots.txt that lets search engines in, and a sitemap.xml, unless you upload your own — so a new site can be found without any setup.

On Plus and Pro, generate your own versions from the analysis and they are saved to the site. After that the button reads View: open it to see or edit the content, and use Regenerate after adding pages so the sitemap lists them all. Regenerating replaces your edits, and you review the new version before saving.

Already have your own robots.txt or sitemap.xml? Put them at the top of the folder or ZIP, beside index.html — they only work there. Dplooy finds them, and your files take priority over generated ones.

Check they are live by opening your-site.dplooy.com/robots.txt and your-site.dplooy.com/sitemap.xml.

Verify with Google Search Console and Bing

  1. 1In Google Search Console, add a URL prefix property with the site's full address, such as https://your-site.dplooy.com, and choose the HTML tag method.
  2. 2In the site's SEO Analysis, click Search Console Verification at the bottom.
  3. 3Paste only the content value from Google's tag — not the whole tag — and save.
  4. 4Dplooy adds the verification tag to the site's pages. Go back to Google and click Verify. Bing Webmaster Tools works the same way.

Auto-Fix

On Pro, issues that can be fixed automatically — a missing title or description, Open Graph and Twitter Card tags, the canonical address, the language and viewport tags, structured data and the favicon — get an Auto-Fix button that writes the fix into the site for you. Re-analyze afterwards to confirm.
