How long does deployment take?

Most deployments complete in under 60 seconds. Your site gets a live URL, SSL certificate, and QR code immediately.

Can I use custom fonts and external libraries?

Yes. Link them in your HTML (e.g., Google Fonts, Bootstrap CDN) or include the files in a multi-file or ZIP upload.

What happens when my free plan link expires?

Free plan links expire after 3 days of inactivity. Upgrade to Plus or Pro for permanent links with no expiration.

Can I change my subdomain after publishing?

Subdomains are set at upload time and cannot be changed. You can delete the project and create a new one with a different subdomain.

How do I update a live site?

Use the browser Code Editor (Pro), redeploy from GitHub, re-upload via drag-and-drop, or push updates through the API.

Do I need to configure SSL?

No. Every project gets automatic HTTPS encryption. SSL certificates are provisioned and renewed automatically.

How do I add a working contact form to a static site?

Create a form endpoint in the dashboard and paste its URL into your form's action attribute. Submissions land in your dashboard where you can search them and export to CSV. No JavaScript, server or API key is needed. Form endpoints are included with Plus and Pro.

Do you store the IP addresses of people who submit my forms?

No. A submitter's IP is held in memory for rate limiting and then discarded. It is never written to storage, returned by the API, or included in a CSV export.

Can I edit my site after publishing without re-uploading?
