Your chatbot and your inbox are connected

With five separate services, they aren't. Here a message sent from the chat lands in the same inbox as your contact form.

The chatbot on a bakery website cannot answer an order question and offers a Contact Site Owner button
1. The bot can't answer. It offers the visitor a Contact Site Owner button.
The Dplooy Forms inbox listing contact messages with name, email and message
2. It lands in your Forms inbox. The same inbox as your contact form, and you get an email.

Set up once: choose a form endpoint in the chatbot's Contact Form tab.

Two plans. Both include all five.

When the separate tool is the better buy

Each of these companies goes further in its own field. If a line describes you, pay for the specialist and host the site here anyway.

Choose Calendly if

You need bookings confirmed instantly, synced to Google or Outlook Calendar, or paid for up front.

Choose Formspree if

Your forms take file uploads, or push every submission to a webhook or Zapier.

Choose Chatbase if

You want one bot working across other channels and help-desk tools, not only your website.

Choose Plausible if

You track goals and funnels, or sites that are not hosted on Dplooy.

Frequently asked questions

How were the separate prices chosen?

Each one is the lowest advertised paid plan on that vendor's own pricing page, on annual billing where that is cheaper, read on September 18, 2026. The hosting line is the entry paid plan of a typical independent static host that includes a custom domain. They are set against Dplooy's monthly price, so the comparison leans against us on both sides. Prices change, so check the vendor's page before you decide.

Are these the same products as Formspree, Calendly and Chatbase?

No. They cover what a small site usually needs from each: a form that emails you and keeps an inbox, a calendar visitors request a time from, a chatbot that answers from your own content, and analytics for the sites you host. Each of those companies goes further in its own field, and the page says where.

Do I have to use all five?

No. Forms, Bookings and the chatbot are each set up per site. A site can use one of them, all of them, or none, and the plan price is the same.

Can I keep a tool I already pay for?

Yes. Your site is your own HTML, so a form that posts to another backend or an embedded third-party calendar keeps working when you host it on Dplooy. Move over one piece at a time, or not at all.

What is the difference between Plus and Pro here?

Plus ($4.99/mo) includes all five at the lower limits, on a dplooy.com address. Pro ($12.99/mo) adds your own domain, unlimited sites, about ten times the form and booking limits, 15,000 chatbot responses a month, the code editor, and sharing sites with clients.

What does the Free plan include?

Hosting for 3 sites that stay online for 3 days each, Dplooy Data, the Media Library, the Site Builder, basic analytics and unlimited traffic. Forms, Bookings, the chatbot, email capture and password protection need Plus.

Is there a traffic or bandwidth limit?

No. No plan has a monthly visitor or bandwidth cap, and you are never billed for traffic. A per-site rate limit protects every site from bot floods; normal sites never reach it.

What happens to my forms and bookings if I downgrade?

Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. On Free, forms and booking pages are paused rather than deleted straight away, and the dashboard tells you how long they are kept.

Separate prices are the lowest advertised paid plan on each vendor's own pricing page, on annual billing where that is cheaper, checked September 18, 2026. Dplooy is shown at its monthly price; yearly is $49.90 for Plus and $119.99 for Pro. Product names belong to their owners.

Stop paying for the site five times

Start on Free, put a site online in a minute, and move to Plus when you want it to stay up with its form, its calendar and its chatbot.
